CLEANING SERVICE :
If you don't want to do any cleaning on your holiday or if you rent out your villa, AnatoliaMaintenance can provide a top quality service. We offer many different services:
1-OPEN UP CLEAN :
* We do an extremely thorough clean to remove any dust and dirt that has accumulated over the winter and can include carpet and curtain cleaning and ironing of laundry.
* Beds will be made up, with towels on each bed.
* All crockery, cutlery and glasses washed in a thorough kitchen clean.
* Bathrooms cleaned and house dusted and mopped.
* Defective light bulbs replaced at an extra cost.
* All garden furniture washed.
* Exterior seating and eating areas cleaned.
* Water in water coolers replaced.
* Balconies and windows are not cleaned until an owner or guest's arrival is imminent.
2-STANDARD NORMAL CLEAN :
* Cleaning between visits includes:
* All bedding washed, pillowcases ironed.
* Bathrooms cleaned.
* All rooms cleaned and mopped.
* Kitchen cleaned
* Toilet paper and kitchen roll replaced on request at an extra cost.
* BBQ and kosk cleaned.
* Windows and balconies cleaned.
* Cleaning products replaced on request at an extra cost.
* We recommend the use of Calgon and dishwasher salt.
3-MID CLEAN : (Optional)
This is an optional clean in the middle of a holiday. Can include any or all of the standard clean.
4-SMALL CLEAN : (Optional)
Also optional. It includes changing bedding and towels, kitchen and bathrooms cleaned and floors mopped throughout the property.
It does not include ironing, windows, balconies, BBQ or köşk areas.
5- CLOSE UP CLEAN : End of Season Clean :
* All laundry cleaned and stored.
* Garden furniture cleaned and stored in specified areas.
* All devices turned off and batteries removed from remotes.
* Kitchen equipment and other specified equipment left open for ventilation.
* With the exception of properties with security alarms, power and water switched off
RENOVATION , MODIFICATION AND REPAIR :
We offer a full service out of season. Repairs and breakdown on request all season.
WINTER OPEN UP SERVICE : (Optional)
We can air your property on a regular basis and at the same time check for damage such as breakages or leaks. We will contact you before any action is taken.
